Very clean, beds were sooo comfortable
"Very clean, beds were sooo comfortable, very quiet no annoying taxi horns. Breakfast included in the morning was a nice feature. Make your own waffles. One block to Macy's and madison square garden"
The room was good size
"I was looking for a hotel close to Penn Station, Chelsea and Times Square and this literally put me in the middle of it all. The room was good size (much bigger than the cubbyhole I had last month at the Ramada New Yorker), the breakfast a nice addition (although the waffle maker was always either busy or out of commission) and the
service efficient."
All in all a great place at a decent price
"This was a nice little hotel located in the Garment District a block from Macy's and 1 and a half blocks from Madison Square Garden. The room was very nicely appointed and had a king size bed, a sitting chair and ottoman. The flat screen TV was small but more than adequate. The included hot breakfast was a treat where one could get scrambled eggs, sausage or ham, waffles, yogurt, cereal, tea, coffee and rolls. It was an outstanding. There was free wifi although it did cut in and out. All in all a great place at a decent price."
Lovely bathroom
"Arrived at this hotel as a lovely surprise from my boyfriend for a few days holiday. We didn't know what to expect but the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean and the room was a great size with a huge bed. Lovely bathroom, fresh towels every day, couldn't ask for more! The location of the hotel is brilliant too, right around the corner from Macy's so very central. If you're considering this hotel then go for it its definitely worth it."
Rooms are larger than NYC normal
"Family vacation with two college kids the second week of January 2011. The location is centrally located. Bought weekly subway passes at Penn Station which is half block away. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast is as good as all the reviews. Rooms are larger than NYC normal. We loaded the mini fridge with drinks and snacks from the Duane Reed at Penn Station down the street. Great restaurants in the area and short walk or subway to Times Square, Chinatown, and Little Italy. The $5 luggage fee was an annoyance." Book Now
