The good: The location is excellent, close to Times Square, Penn Station and other touristy things. It is a new build, so no crummy shared bathrooms or scrungy dated rooms that some NY hoteliers...

It's a very nice hotel with close distance to everything. The room is very spacious for manhattan and very clean. Staffs are very friendly and free breakfast is a plus. Highly recommended

- the air conditioning was way too loud. it was really hard to sleep with all that noise. we stayed for 3 days and we didn't sleep well. The location was excellent and there were no bed bugs.
